| Job Description: | - Taking line-ups from both the Designer Leader and the Engineering Manager - Questioning line ups as required to fully understand workload objectives - Consulting/summarizing all available information to progress design - Keeping continuous improvement in mind in regards to designing tools - Establishing a daily work plan every morning to help keep projects moving forward - Monitoring personal planning summary to keep projects on track - Implementing 2D geometry to maximize manufacturing capabilities - Driving/presenting internal design reviews to required ITM personnel - Customer interaction - Ensure designs meet customer and internal standards |
| Experience: | - Minimum 5 years experience in Mold Design - 2 years post secondary education in a related field - High attention to detail - Above average verbal and written communication skills - Intermediate understanding of CAD software - Computer and problem solving skills |
| Salary: | $20-28/hr. |
