Job Description

Lucas Professional Search Group is currently recruiting for a Part-Time Human Resources Coordinator in Windsor, ON.  This position is 20 hours per week.
 
Responsibilities: 
· Manage the recruitment process including liaising with management, conducting screening, interviewing, short-listing and reference checking 
· Handle employee questions and escalate to management if required 
· Assist with payroll and benefits administration 
· Administration including maintaining employee files and entering data into software 
· Assist in new hire orientation and training 
· Calendar management 
·Time and attendance tracking 
· Health and Safety administration  
· Overseeing performance evaluations 
 
Qualifications: 
· Post-Secondary education in Human Resources 
· 2 – 3 years’ experience 
· Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
· The ability to work in a fast paced, constantly changing work environment 
· Strong attention to detail and experience developing policies and procedures 
· Computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook)
