JOB DESCRIPTION

Lucasworks is currently recruiting for a Bilingual (Mandarin) Customer Service Coordinator to join a large and fast growing Company in Windsor.  We are looking for outgoing individuals with great customer service skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency assistance calls
  • Identify solutions to customers/facilities/providers issues and inquiries
  • Make informed decisions as it relates to coordinating services
  • Case Management
  • Monitor incoming faxes
  • Manage and respond to incoming e-mails
  • Create activity reports
  • Provide excellent customer service

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 1-3 years experience in customer service or retail
  • Must be Bilingual in Mandarin (speak, read, write)
  • Flexibility to work on a rotating shift
