JOB DESCRIPTION
Lucasworks is currently recruiting for a Bilingual (Mandarin) Customer Service Coordinator to join a large and fast growing Company in Windsor. We are looking for outgoing individuals with great customer service skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency assistance calls
- Identify solutions to customers/facilities/providers issues and inquiries
- Make informed decisions as it relates to coordinating services
- Case Management
- Monitor incoming faxes
- Manage and respond to incoming e-mails
- Create activity reports
- Provide excellent customer service
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years experience in customer service or retail
- Must be Bilingual in Mandarin (speak, read, write)
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift
