Adecco, on behalf of our client, is recruiting to fill an Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Assistant role in Leamington, ON. The successful candidate for this role will have great attention to detail with strong experience in AR/AP. The ideal candidate will have advanced communication, problem solving and analytical skills. 

Responsibilities of the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Assistant job include:

*Responsible for all invoicing, A/R and A/P, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards
*Data entry of invoices with time card entry
*Matching payable invoices with packing slips
*Processing payments
*Assist Finance Manager as required
*Filing, scanning as well as general office duties


Qualifications for the Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable Assistant job:

*Minimum of 3-5 years accounting experience
*Must be able to learn quickly
*Must have strong attention to detail
*Advanced organizational and time management skills
*Advanced communication, problem solving and analytical skills
*Proficient with MS Office
*Knowledge of Navision software an asset
*Certification/Diploma in Accounting/Bookkeeping
