Simulation Engineer – Windsor –
Our client is looking for an ambitious and innovative Simulation Engineer to join their team. You will be required to:

• lead robotic design projects
• conduct simulation reach studies
• complete cycle time analysis
• download/upload of robot paths/programs in Process Simulate
  • support manufacturing during build phases
  • create robotic cell concepts using simulation software’s in support of estimating and sales

• Download programs from simulation software’s to robot controllers.
• Assist mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic personal by using simulation software’s to debug robot functions during the assembly stages.

 
Desired Profile: 

• Solid understanding of drafting techniques and familiarity with engineering terminology.
• Work directly with design and process engineers to produce 3d simulation of robotic work cells
• Conduct simulation reach studies, cycle time analysis, and down / uploads loading of robot
• Prepare clear, complete, and accurate working plan models from rough or detailed engineering or manufacturing purposes.

• University degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• 5 or more years of design experience
• 5 or more years of simulation experience and experience with Process Simulate or RobCAD
