Job Description

LUCASWORKS IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A PART TIME ADMINISTRATOR (FINANCE DEPARTMENT) 16 - 20 HOURS PER WEEK FOR A NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATION IN WINDSOR.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provide data entry support to Finance Department

Balancing transactions

Administration and paperwork

Documentation including Excel spreadsheets

 

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

Strong communication skills

Ability to multi-task

Strong attention to detail

Excellent Excel skills (using formulas, creating spreadsheets)

Police clearance required

16 to 20 hours per week
