At our WINDSOR, Ontario facility, we require a 310T Truck and Coach licensed Technician/Mechanic with progressive field experiences, ideally 4+ years in your trade, and if you bring more seasoned experience, we really want to hear from you.

As our ideal candidate you have strong interpersonal skills, and are an expert go-to, and often an enthusiastic mentor. You are a strong proactive problem-solver, and someone who is extremely competent, capable and efficient in your expertise. You understand and can relay the value of your quality front line knowledge and experiences as they relate to our client commitments. You also understand the importance of safety, attention to detail, trouble-shooting, and that quality and timeliness is everything.  

You will perform quality mechanical work on vehicles or components, while maintaining safe, orderly and clean working habits. You will offer flexibility and support for other projects and duties as assigned by your supervisor.
 
Work/Schedule Details
Full Time (40 Hour week (plus rotating additional Saturday hours( Saturday is every 4th wk 8:00 - 12 Noon)
Bi-weekly Rotating Shifts (2 Main):

Days: 7:00am to 3:30 pm,  and Afternoons: 3:30 pm to 12 Midnight 
Monday through Friday, & Saturday is every 4th week from 8:00am to 12 Noon
 
310T Mechanic/ Technician Requirements & Qualifications

• 310T Licensed Intermediate Mechanic Technician (2-4 years)
• 310T Seasoned Heavy Truck Mechanic (5+ years)
• Ideal Candidate will have 3-5 years heavy or medium truck repair experience
• Note: For 3rd and 4th level 310T Apprenticeships, if you have the ability and drive to be a star, we are keen to partner in those efforts with you also

  
310T Mechanic/ Technician Compensation     

• A Competitive Salary $60,000 – 76,960 (salary is commensurate with experience)
