We are currently recruiting for a Production Supervisor for a leading manufacturing company in Windsor.  The Production Supervisor will be responsible to organize equipment and manpower to meet production requirements, implement and set up processes, review and complete production reports, implement continuous improvement activities and issue corrective actions.  The Production Supervisor will work on a three shift rotation and overtime is required.  A technical background in processing and set up, a good understanding of scrap, efficiency and plant performance metrics is also required.  The ideal candidate will have strong supervisory skills, people skills, strong communication skills and a team oriented attitude.
