Job Description

Contract Glaziers Corp., an industry leader in building envelope solutions, is currently searching for a successful Project Manager to join the team at their growing Windsor facility. The Project Manager will lead the planning, implementation and successful execution of Contract Glazier’s wide variety of construction projects while ensuring an exceptional level of customer satisfaction. This role will be accountable for delivering on all project management fundamentals including; the development, management and execution of project plans, effective stakeholder communications, project budgeting; monitoring and reporting on procurement, subcontracts and expenditures.

The key to your success in this role will be your resourcefulness, your ability to apply creative solutions, in challenging situations while ensuring positive results. With your comprehensive knowledge of project management processes, procedures and best practices, you will be able to facilitate project milestones from inception through to completion.

Requirements:

• Degree in either Engineering, Construction or Project Management
• PMP certification an asset
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in a construction management or project management role
• Knowledge of the architectural/construction industry
• Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Experience dealing with multiple stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• An ability to successfully manage and execute on complex construction projects
• Adaptable and flexible to changing business needs and conditions affecting project timelines
• Ability to potentially travel up to 10-25%
