Supply Chain Operations Manager - London, Ontario
Randstad Engineering has partnered with one of Canada’s leading food manufacturers located in London Ontario, in search of a Supply Chain Operations Manager. In this position you will be a member of the Senior Executive team.

Randstad Engineering has partnered with one of Canada’s leading food manufacturers located in London Ontario, in search of a Supply Chain Operations Manager. In this position you will be a member of the Senior Executive team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the performance for all the distribution activities working with freight planning, 3PL, carriers, Production facilities and 3PL warehouses
- Influence and collaborate with key partners in marketing, sales and finance and address input gaps as identified by forecast error
- Assess the impact of market changes or significant variances in the forecast and recommend appropriate modifications and strategies
- Contribute to the strategic development and design of the distribution network throughout North America
- Analyze product movement data in a multi-building environment
- Identify, build relationships and negotiate commercial contacts with 3PL delivery partners across North America
- Ensure and monitor inventory levels to improve service, minimize excess & overages
- Ensure all departmental reports, tools and standards are in line with corporate procedures
- Bachelor Degree preferably in a Supply Chain/Engineering or Logistics field with 5-7 years of experience
- Proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- Solid decision making skills are required
- Highly organized and process oriented with an ability to excel in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
- Experience with food/frozen food is an asset
- Experience managing third party warehouse & transportation partners
- Additional Certification in APICS, CITT, CCLP or P.Log
