Weekend Shift Tool and Die Maker ($1000.00 signing bonus)
In this role you will work 3 day > 12.5 hours per day (1/2 hr unpaid lunch) weekend shift operating on Saturday, Sunday and Monday with a 2 week days / afternoons shift rotation. Primary responsibilities will be to troubleshoot, repair, improve and perform maintenance on metal stamping progressive & transfer dies.
You must be a team oriented person who possesses the following qualifications:
- Grade twelve graduation diploma
- Ontario Tool and die certificate of qualification.
- 3-5 year’s experience trouble shooting progressive & transfer dies in a stamping environment.
- Previous experience with welding fixtures and stainless steel stamping would be considered an asset.
- Must have the ability to work shift work in a team atmosphere and support continuous improvement activities.
