Job Description
We are currently recruiting to fill a temporary to permanent Receptionist/Accounting Clerk job opportunity in Windsor, ON. As a Receptionist/Accounting Clerk, the successful candidate will be responsible for fulfilling Reception duties and assisting with Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable functions. The pay rate for this role is $16.92/hr.
Qualifications:
*Minimum of 3-5 years experience as a Receptionist/Accounting Clerk, specifically experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
*Excellent organizational and time management skills
*Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
*Proactive planning and the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
*Strong attention to detail
*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
*Ability to work well both independently as well as in a team environment
*Exceptional customer service skills
*Strong problem solving skills
*Advance computer skills in MS Office including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, FrontPage and Outlook
*Ability to work in a fast paced environment
*Able to type 40-50 wpms
*Clear Criminal Check required
