On behalf of our client, we are recruiting for a Jr. Program Manager to join a talented team of professionals located in Windsor, ON.   

Overview of Responsibilities:

• Prepare weekly timelines with updated pictures of progress for all programs
• Prepare APQP sheets for initial build kick-offs
• Prepare TSA books for specific customers
• Set up and update workbooks
• Maintain job boards with delivery dates
• Create and keep record of all open issues pertaining to programs
• Attend and record all tryouts
• Locate components on the shop floor
• Update customers on timelines
• Develop presentation with updated timelines and pictures
• Keep all current and past job folders/records organized and accessible
• Update customer information, quote numbers, job numbers, parts, kick-off dates, tryout dates, and delivery dates
• Sit in on job meetings with customers when required
• Maintain notes in OneNote
• Correct and update quotes when needed
• Develop excel sheets and reports as required

Qualifications:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Project Manager, Power Point, Outlook, Excel, Word, Publisher and One Note
• Experience in blue print reading
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge of types of moulds/engineering background
• Possible travel may be required
