Renaissance Personnel is recruiting a manufacturing manager for our client in Chatham ON. 

DUTIES:
• Interact with Unifor plant chairman and committee to resolve disputes.
• Responsible for supervision, production, monitoring and managing performance of production supervisors through observation.
• Implement schedules and adjust manpower to accommodate production.
• Evaluate contract employees for hiring consideration.
• Ensure that policies and procedures are consistently applied and understood through training, counseling and motivation.
• Insuring all reporting and investigating employee work related accidents to Human Resources and JHSC is being done by supervision.
• Report and update production reports, time reports, schedules.
• Responsible for assistance in the compliance of ISO16949 procedures and policies.
• Communication among all departments.
