On behalf of our client, LucasWorks is currently recruiting for a Quality Manager to join a leading manufacturing facility in Windsor.
 
Responsibilities
-          Preparing PPAPs
-          Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are
-          established, implemented and maintained.
-          Report to top management on the performance of the QMS and any need for
-          improvement.
-          Ensure the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the
-          organization.
-          Liaise with the external assessment body on all matters related to the external
-          accreditation process.
 
Qualifications and Experience
-          5 years metal experience
-          knowledge of ISO and TS
-          Strong organizational and communication skills.
-          Ability to multi-task, set priorities and meet strict deadlines
-          Demonstrates time management skills
-          Using logic and reasoning to identify solutions to problems
-          Ability to lead, motivate, coach, and teach others
 
The ideal candidate will have a solid manufacturing back ground and be able to transition the company from ISO to TS. This is a permanent fulltime position.
