Adecco, on behalf of our client, is looking for a Permanent Business Analyst in Leamington, Ontario for an exciting opportunity with room for growth.

- Assisting with business case analysis for capital investments
- Identifying and reporting on weekly variance to plan and budget
- Measure and monitor the key processes for different functional areas and managers
- Work with finance team to prepare and deliver metrics reporting
- Assist in measuring performance throughout the organization by using tools like time studies, in-line performance analysis, shrink analysis, etc.
- Salary range $40,000 to $50,000 based on experience
- Bachelor degree in business management, operations, or finance
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong desire to learn and continue improving
- $40,000-$50,000/year
- Permanent
- Room for growth
- Monday to Friday
