On behalf of our client in Windsor - Express Employment Professionals is searching for a dynamic and results driven Territory Sales Representative *Hunter*

What you bring to the table:

Skillful negotiation, presentation, closing, abilities
Demonstrated ability to meet goals and overcome obstacles
Ability to work autonomously with minimal management direction
Conduct heavy prospecting, tele-prospecting, and tactical cold calling activities daily in the field
 
Expectations/Requirements:
Set appointments with prospects and present programs
Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive new business opportunities
Negotiate and close business ensuring the successful installation and transition of accounts to the service team (no account management or renewal activities are involved after an account is engaged)
Consistently meet sales quotas and revenue goals

What we are looking for:
2-3 years of demonstrated B2B outside sales experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
Strong work ethics, competitive drive, and time management skills
Solid prospecting abilities & excellent customer relationship skills (It's like prospecting for gold, you will need a keen eye, and think outside the box)
Outgoing personality - sweet and shy...need not apply
