Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
As the CEO of LEO, you will be responsible for the executive leadership of the agency, under the general governance of the Board of Directors, to ensure LEO’s current and future contribution to the delivery of high quality community support services for Seniors and Adults with Disabilities.
The CEO has overall leadership and management responsibility to further the agency’s mission and for the agency’s achievement of its annual and long-term targets and objectives in line with LEO’s mission, values and the strategic and the critical priorities established by the Board of Directors.
You will organize the agency to meet objectives; provide direction and support to the leadership team and to agency staff and volunteers; and ensure the agency meets its client, financial, operational, and organizational learning objectives. In addition, you will oversee the agency’s relationship with, collaboration with, and outreach to external stakeholders such as funders, business partners, governments and their agencies, donors, the not-for-profit community, and the general public.
