DLS EnviroSolutions Inc. (DLS) is currently looking for an experienced service technician to join our growing and vibrant team.

DLS is one of the leading players in the Canadian renewable energy/biogas industry and has strategically aligned itself with SEVA Energie AG’s (SEVA) as their exclusive Canadian distributor. SEVA is the leading German manufacturer of combined heat and power (CHP) cogeneration solutions for the European renewable energy marketplace. Together, DLS and SEVA provide sales, project management, commissioning and after sales service for CHP units to ensure utmost customer satisfaction. With numerous projects commissioned and in the pipeline, the DLS/SEVA team is quickly developing itself as the true leader for complete CHP solutions for the Canadian market.

 The details of the position include but are not limited to the following;

-          Installation of CHP systems

-          After sales service of CHP systems

-          Execution of maintenance contracts

Qualifications/requirements for the position include but are not limited to the following;

-          Technical power systems training and hand’s on mechanical education

o   Preferably a power systems apprentice education (or equivalent degree)

-     Power systems, genset & engine technician, and electrical experience required

o   PLC and controls experience required

o   Licensed electrician/millwright considered a strong asset

-          Willingness and desire to travel throughout North Eastern North America (current service area is Ontario)

-         Ability to lead and make sound decisions with little direction

Compensation for the position will be dependent on the qualifications of the applicant and will be negotiated during the interview process.
