Our Hamilton client is looking for an experienced Estimator/Project Coordinator to assist the Project Managers with document controls, and Estimating.
 
We are looking for someone from the construction industry, (or related fields ie: industrial, steel, etc) who has a passion for delivering in a fast paced, ever changing atmosphere. Will look at new grads as well
 
The key responsibilities will be:
 - Estimating work orders and familiarity with estimating software
- Document controlling : Request for Information Submittals
- Cataloguing site documents
- Update Field Change orders
- Job billing and client follow up
- Job costing and estimating
- Analyzing reports, using JONAS and Excel software
- Attending site visits and meetings, to take notes
- Progress application submittals
- Submitting "Change notices" in a timely manner
-The successful candidate will have incredible time management skills, and ability to prioritize based on     workload.
-This person will support multiple Project Managers, on different projects. Organization will be key.
-We are looking for someone who has a Civil / Architectural educational background, and a minimum of 3 years field experience.
