You are a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in manufacturing, preferably Automotive, and have managed large projects.  You will oversee planning, implementation and tracking of a major project with specific deliverables and milestones.  You have a track record of building superior internal relationships and have a demonstrated track record for achieving program timing, budgets and related deliverables.  You are a self-starter, have excellent interpersonal skills and a track record of working independently and promoting safe work practices.

Preferred Skills and Experience

- University or college degree in Mechanical Engineering

- 5+ years' program management experience in automotive industry, preferably with Machine Installation processes

- Automotive launch experience

- Experience managing Large projects

- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office and strong time management skills

Responsibilities

- Oversee a new Layout change to production system

- Establish strong relationships with operations and engineering

- Set and monitor project goals and detailed work plans, including follow-up on all project elements from equipment design, cell layout, launch and run-at-rate

- Monitor the projects' resource compliance and oversee suppliers and contractors on meeting project goals

- Submit accurate and detailed status reports regularly, establish communication schedules to update key stakeholders, and document key activities and information
