Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Territory Sales Representative in Windsor, ON to focus on new, business to business account development in their Facility Services business. Our Client provides an extensive training program, including product knowledge and development of our company sales process. The starting salary for this position is $41,000 plus commissions and bonuses.
As a Territory Sales Representative you will:
- Conduct heavy prospecting, tele-prospecting, and tactical cold calling activities daily in the field.
- Set appointments with prospects and present programs.
- Develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive new business opportunities.
- Negotiate and close business ensuring the successful installation and transition of accounts to the service team (no account management or renewal activities are involved after an account has installed).
- Consistently meet sales quotas and revenue goals.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of demonstrated Business to Business outside sales experience (Cell phone, Electronics, waste management, equipment and document management, security and payroll industry experience a plus).
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or Marketing preferred
- Demonstrated ability and enthusiasm for selling
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, analytical and reasoning skills
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to persuade individuals and groups
- Strong work ethics, competitive drive, and time management skills.
- Solid prospecting abilities & excellent customer relationship skills
- Enthusiastic drive to succeed with obvious confidence and competitive nature.
- Skillful negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet goals and overcome obstacles.
- Valid drivers' license and access to a car
- Experience with Salesforce.com or other CRM system preferred
