We are currently recruiting for an Operations Supervisor for a leading technical services company in North America. The Operation Supervisor will be responsible for the overall performance and development of one of the national branches. The Operations Supervisor will be responsible for scheduling, monitoring daily work activities, enforcing health and safety, training employees, and upholding customer service standards. The Operations Supervisor will also be responsible for budgeting, reporting and analysis, and additionally, be the acting liaison between the company and the workforce. The ideal candidate will have leadership/management experience and hold a technical post-secondary education. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude and team building skills, as well as be results oriented, innovative, have excellent time management, strong integrity, and able to work within a team.
