SALES CONSULTANT – CAPITAL EQUIPMENT
Dairy farming is undergoing dramatic change as technology continues to offer lifestyle and productivity improvements. Norwell is at the forefront of this change and is experiencing unprecedented growth. This incredible momentum has opened up a number of opportunities throughout Ontario for Sales Consultants who have the passion and possess the creativity to collaborate with our customers to offer tailored solutions. Comprehensive knowledge of dairy farming is certainly a benefit, but not a deal breaker. In other words, if you are at the top of your sales game, we want to hear from you.
MANAGER – FARM SUPPLY AND EQUIPMENT
Our customer base continues to grow as does our desire to better serve these customers. This newly created position, based in Drayton, ON, will have overall accountability for the growth and success of this business unit and will take on direct management of the existing farm supply and equipment sales teams. Dairy farming equipment expertise would be beneficial, but not necessary. What we are looking for is an experienced Manager who has hands on CRM experience and who can lead and support this team throughout the entire sales process. Interested?
