Job Description

Lucasworks is currently recruiting for a Part-time Administrator (Finance Department) 16 – 20 hours per week for a not-for-profit organization in Windsor.  

Responsibilities:
 
  • Provide data entry support to Finance Department
  • Balancing transactions
  • Administration and paperwork
  • Documentation including Excel spreadsheets
   Qualifications and Experience:  
 
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Excel skills (using formulas, creating spreadsheets)
  • Police clearance required
  • 16 – 20 hours a week
