2015 October 05 The International Admissions Coordinator is responsible for the efficient enrolment and entry of international students into the Thames Valley District School Board.  Primary duties include communication with prospective parents, students, their representatives and all other parties involved in the admission of students into the TVDSB community including schools, homestay hosts, and local custodial caregivers to ensure a welcoming transition for the students.  Responsibilities include processing international applications, database management and monitoring of tuition payments and financial tracking, assisting with or arranging international student or delegation activities and attending domestic or international events.  The ability to work overtime during peak periods as required, including evenings and on weekends, is an expectation of this role.

QUALIFICATIONS:  Successful completion of a three (3) year university degree in a business related field or equivalent, combined with a minimum of one (1) year related experience is required.  Experience handling international student admissions is an asset.

SALARY:             $45,877.00 – $60,672.00 per year

HIRING RANGE: $45,877.00 – $58,558.00 per year
