We are currently recruiting for Accounting/Finance professionals to join a team of talented professionals with our U.S. based client. 

The Accounting/Finance professionals will assist clients with critical financial work, services include: Corporate Accounting, Finance Support, Transaction Support, Internal Controls and Special Projects.  The ideal candidate will have a undergraduate in Finance/Accounting and be a CA and CPA, and have a minimum of 4 years experience in both corporate and public, combined.  The ideal candidate will also have excellent analytical, technical and auditing skills, as well as experience in ERP/Performance Manage Software- desirable systems (SAP, Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase, Peoplesoft, JD Edwards).  The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with being flexibility and confidence, also the candidate must have strong commitment to clients, be a quick learner and team player. 

The candidate must have the following experience:

• Professional with 4-12 years experience (3+ years public accounting experience required, 1+ year corporate accounting experience preferred). 
• Professional with 5-12 years of experience  (3+ years public accounting experience required plus 1+ year corporate accounting experience).  SEC reporting experience required.
