Successful candidates will:

• Provide support to end-users with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues with Active Directory, network and other business applications.
• Possess strong time and personal organizational skills and be able to work on mutiple tasks with multiple deadlines.
• Possess excellent phone support skills and must have previous customer service experience. Support will be provided to diverse clientele over the phone, remotely, and in-person when issues deem on-site support to be necessary. 
• Possess the knowledge of using and managing tickets in a ticketing system. 
• Possess previous work experience in the IT sector; post-secondary education in an IT related curriculum is a plus. A+ Certification is recommended. MS Certifications are preferred.
• Be available for the rotational on-call schedule.
• Be required to obtain a criminal record check if offered a position with LEADWAVE.
• Possess a valid Canadian drivers' license. Own transportation is a plus.

Our current opening is at our SARNIA location and is a full time position with wage starting at $18/hr with eligibility for benefits after 3 months. Consideration will be given to all applicants.
