Position Overview
The Fire Alarm Technician Helper works with a FA Technician to provide assistance during inspections and service calls for FCFP Customers.The Fire Alarm Technician Helper is a full-time hourly position located in our Windsor, ON office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist Fire Alarm Technicians with weekly, monthly, semi-annual inspections as required
- Provide assistance with service work and repairs on fire alarm systems under the supervision of a an FA Technician
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities and possess a high level of electronic skills
- Motivated to work and participate in a team environment
- Efficient computer skills
- Customer Service oriented
- Experience in the Fire Alarm Industry would be an asset
- The desire to progress in the industy and become a Certified Fire Alarm Technician through the Canadian Fire Alarm Association an asset. To learn more about the CFAA please visit www.cfaa.ca.
