We’re looking for a strong recruitment professional to join our new Southwestern Ontario team.

About you:

Whether you’re recruiting for a new client or recruiting all-star candidates for a seasoned long term client, you trust your instincts and make great judgement calls. You have a magnificent memory and build a personal rolodex of names and faces in your mind and use it to drive your B2B sales. And perhaps most importantly, you can live and breathe our business and passionately communicate our value proposition to our clients – current and prospective.
The role:
While there is no ‘typical’ day in our world, here are some of the things you’ll tackle:
You have at least three years of proven B2B sales under your belt and a solid track record of achieving key goals and metrics. You’re a business development/customer service master with impeccable written and verbal communication skills and have a post-secondary education. We’d also love to hear about any recruitment industry experience you may have. (If this is a new area for you, don’t worry – we want a great fit for our team and can get you up-to speed!)
