POSITION: DATA ANALYST
REPORTS TO: FINANCE DEPARTMENT
STATUS: FULL TIME
LOCATION: BLENHEIM, ONTARIO

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Devise and evaluate methods for collecting data
- Create reports and statistical data for metrics purposes
- Help drive process improvements and efficiencies
- Able to analyze data to draw both qualitative and quantitative conclusions
- Work closely with the Finance and Operations teams
- Convert findings into written reports
- Report and present analysis in front of internal team members and management
- Continuous forecasting and roadmap planning
- Maintain and improve reports for changing business needs
- Quality control – vetting out data
- Manage multiple projects with quick turnaround
- Other duties as assigned
SPECIAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft suite, particularly excel
- Superior analytical, evaluating and problem solving skills
- Knowledge of common computer and basic internet technologies is required
- Good communication skills – able to present ideas in business friendly and user friendly language
- Strong understanding in the industry they work in
- Intuitive nature, Forward thinking, proactive approach
- Comfortable speaking and presenting in front of internal team members and management
- Strong attention to detail and quality analysis of data
- Fast pace, Independent thinker
- Exceptional Customer service demeanor
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Candidates must have a post-secondary education in one of the following disciplines: Financial, mathematics, statistics, library information science or equivalent experience.
