We currently have an Entry Level / Intermediate Sales opportunity available for an ambitious sales professional!  The position requires a self disciplined, success oriented, and stable individual to maintain and grow an existing territory.  The ideal candidate will train as an inside sales associate with an opportunity to advance, have a minimum 2 years commercial / industrial sales experience, plastics knowledge and the ability to travel (Canada & USA).

General Description:

• Primary responsibility is to sell products to an existing customer base while generating new customers in an assigned geographical territory
• Calling on customers, providing product information and demonstrations while creating proposals that speak to customer needs
• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly and annual sales quotas
• Providing product solutions to both existing and new customers
• Providing clients with the highest levels of customer service throughout the entire sales life cycle

 
Qualifications:

• 2 years of relevant sales experience Industrial / Automotive
• Plastics knowledge preferred
• A strong desire to win, achieve goals and to be rewarded based on results
• An ability to build new business in a predominately customer facing environment
• Cold calling and new business generation skills
• Self motivation, confidence and an ability to work autonomously
• PC skills and working knowledge of a number of business programs
• A dynamic personality with an ability to influence and persuade internal and external stakeholders
