Reporting to the Construction Manager and working closely with the Project Management team you will be involved in the coordination of construction projects with the necessary hands-on involvement to ensure projects adhere to job specifications and are completed on time and within budget. In order to achieve this, the following duties will be included but not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit job sites regularly providing hands on assistance as needed
• Using autoCAD prepare and assemble shop drawing packages for submission
• Attend construction meetings with appropriate follow up in order to resolve issues
• Ensure timely ordering and delivery of materials to job sites
• Communicate professionally with contractors, engineers and customers
• Provide technical support for sale staff as required
• Expedite delivery of purchased materials and rentals to job sites
   

Qualifications:

• 1 to 3 years project coordination experience in the construction industry
• College diploma with preference given to those with C.E.T. designation
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• StrongautoCAD ability to prepareblueprints
• ExcellentMS Office skills
• The ability to read/interpret and provide quantity take-offs from plans and specifications
• Flexibility to travel as required
• Ability to work in team environment
