We are currently recruiting for a Senior Manager, Client Services for a mental health organization.  The Senior Manager will be responsible for providing leadership, supervision and direction to the management team in the Chatham location.  The Senior Manager will delegate work, coach and mentor staff, ensure maximum quality service delivery and identify training requirements.  The Senior Manager will assume site management for all clinical and program issues, ensure all documentation standards are met, develop job performance measurements, program planning and development and maintain community involvement.  A registered Social Worker/Registered Nurse, preferably with Canadian certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing is required.  A minimum of 5 years supervisory experience, effective leadership, demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs, the ability to remain calm in pressure situation and effective conflict resolution skills required.
