We are currently recruiting for a Director of Sales for a reputable organization in Windsor.  The Director of Sales will be responsible for growing organization membership as well as existing membership retention.  The Director of Sales will identify potential customers, establish contact with new and existing customers, as well as create and develop marketing materials.  The Director of Sales will be involved in program management, working with providers, budgeting, reporting and analysis.  A post-secondary education or equivalent in marketing/sales, a strong knowledge of the Windsor community, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to meet and exceed expectations and professional business conduct is required.  The ideal candidate will be results oriented, innovative, have excellent time management, strong integrity and the ability to work within a team.
