Job Description

  1.                Answer telephones
  2.                General office filing
  3.                Typing of general letters\correspondence
  4.                Ordering office supplies and literature as needed
  5.                Receive incoming mail \ prepare outgoing mail
  6.                Prepare paperwork for anything going out by courier
  7.                Update customer/supplier information in computer system
  8.                Set up jobs and purchase orders
  9.                Check on order status and delivery of product
  10.                Prepare invoices for outgoing mail
  11.                Process credit card payments
  12.                Updating WSIB and Insurance certificates
  13.                Dealing with customer concerns over the phone, taking messages
  14.                Entering sales calls for sales reps into computer
  15.                Data entry of accounts payable and accounts receivable

Only candidates selected for interviews will be contacted.

Minimum of 25 hours per week.
