We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager for a leading technical services company in Windsor.  The Project Manager will be accountable for the planning and management of large scale projects, customer satisfaction, and growth.  The Project Manager will also be responsible for providing accurate take-offs, spread sheets and fabrication of material sheets.  This role will also be accountable for overseeing the execution of project work including contract administration, quality control , planning, submittals, LEED, safety, cost control, purchasing, administration of materials, field labor forces, suppliers, and subcontractors.  The successful candidate will understand architectural and structural drawings, and project design specifications.  The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, a working understanding of AUTOCAD systems, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.  The ideal candidate will also have experience in glass glazing and curtain wall.
