We currently have an exciting new opportunity to join our team at our Manufacturing Facilities in Windsor, Ontario.
The Person:
Reporting to the Director of Quality, the incumbent is responsible for providing support to customers with on-site support in respect to product supplied by Meridian, and to communicate ‘live’ information in respect to quality / logistics issues being experienced at the customer location.

The Person:
Reporting to the Director of Quality, the incumbent is responsible for providing support to customers with on-site support in respect to product supplied by Meridian, and to communicate ‘live’ information in respect to quality / logistics issues being experienced at the customer location.
Your duties will also involve:
- Communication: Minimize customer dissatisfaction by communicating concerns or issues to the manufacturing plant. Build a trustful relationship with all levels of the customer organization, assisting the customer with problem solving activities. Assist customer logistics area in promoting FIFO practices on Meridian product.
- Coordination: Shall facilitate sort / rework activities as necessary to prevent line stoppages at the customer location. As needed will organize third party support for such activities. Must be able to coordinate containment activities in the event of a quality ‘spill’ at the customer site.
- Report: Must communicate work hours to the quality manager on a bi-weekly basis for payroll purposes. Shall complete daily, weekly, or monthly summary reports as demanded by the manufacturing plants quality manager. Report quality spills back to the manufacturing team as soon as they occur.
- Travel: Must have flexibility in work time, and be available to react to customer concerns 24 x 7. Be available to travel to the Manufacturing plant for quality reviews / training as scheduled.
- Tracking: Perform daily inventory counts of Meridian products and report back to the manufacturing plants logistics department. Track any special trial lots / expedites / identified batches through the customer s process and report back necessary information in a timely manner.
- Other duties as required, including special projects as they arise.
