AME is seeking motivated Construction / Quality Control Technicians and Technologists to join our team in providing Quality Assurance Testing and inspection services during construction of the Waterloo Regional Light Rail Transit Project.  Positions are available for senior, intermediate and junior technical staff.

We are interested in individuals who enjoy the technical aspects of construction with experience in field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as asphalt, aggregates, concrete and soils.  Preferred candidates will have proven experience on MTO or similar projects and will have CCIL or equivalent certifications. 

The successful candidates will have excellent oral and written communication skills, be computer literate with proficiency in Word and Excel. The role requires the ability to work accurately under pressure and ability to work with others as a team.
