ON BEHALF OF OUR CLIENT LUCASWORKS IS CURRENTLY RECRUITING FOR A FULL TIME TEMPORARY SECRETARY.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Administration support within an office environment
  • Minute taking
  • Maintaining effective records

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minute taking experience required
  • Ability to be well organized and accurate
  • Must have attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize within tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and oral communication and interpersonal skills required
  • Experience working with SIS
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) as well as electronic mail and internet
  • Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy in all situations
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Must be able to type 40 wpm
