On behalf of our client in London, we are currently recruiting for a Reliability & Maintainability Engineer  to join their team

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

·         Assess system, sub-system and component designs used or proposed for use on the (LAV) Family of Vehicles, with respect to Reliability and Maintainability requirements

·         Perform Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on proposed vehicle concept designs

·         Create and quantifiably analyze reliability and functional block diagrams that reflect the proposed design

·         Identify the optimum component repair policy by performing Level Of Repair Analysis (LORA)

·         Proactively work with design engineering to ensure Reliability and Maintainability issues are raised and addressed during the design phase.

·         Prepare material and present at design reviews, and logistics engineering assessment reviews.

·         Analyze test and field data, for input into design trade-offs and in support of fielded fleets.

Required Qualifications

• University Degree in Engineering (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Minimum of 2 years engineering experience
• Proficient in reading engineering drawings (electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematics)
• Excellent communication skills (written, oral and presentation)
• Effective planning, analytical and negotiation skills
  
• Due to the nature of the position, successful applicants must meet all applicable security

requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program, including, but not limited to, the

ability to obtain and maintain a Canadian government security clearance to secret level.
