Maple Automotive Corporation (MAC) is a tier 1 supplier to Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada. MAC assembles and supplies the tires and wheels for Toyota in Cambridge and Woodstock.  MAC has locations in Cambridge, Ontario and Woodstock, Ontario and is currently recruiting for:

POSITION:    Assembly Line Team Members

Duties/ Responsibilities:

• Work on line to assemble tires and wheels for customer
• Check for quality defects
• Load product to the racks
• Deep cleaning: 4S and 5S
• Loading and unloading tires and wheels from the trailers

Note: Candidates must be able to lift 64lbs assembly

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalency
• Ability to lift 64lb assemblies
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to follow standardized processes
• Previous automotive experience is an asset

LOCATION: We are currently recruiting for our Woodstock location, but all candidates must be willing to work in both locations as candidates can be transferred.

HOURS: This position rotates every 2 weeks. The day shift is 7am- 3:30pm and afternoons is 5:45pm-2:15am. Friday afternoon shift starts and ends 1 hour early. Candidates must be willing to support daily overtime.

WAGE: The starting wage for this position is $18.38/ hr and it increases to $20.20 after 18 months. This position is eligible for overtime.

The ideal candidate will be safety conscious, team oriented and open to working in multi-cultural environment. Candidates must also be willing to support overtime.
