Description

On behalf of our technology driven client we are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager for a 6 - 12 month contract position.

Responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for completing projects on time and within cost and quality standards meeting the expectations of project stakeholders.
  • Develop project and portfolio plans for all projects within their area of responsibility and ensures they are communicated and agreed to by all stakeholders.
  • Provide regular status to senior management on project within their area.
  • Prioritize and schedule work within department with input from stakeholders.
  • Ensure scope and requirements are identified, defined and implemented.
  • Ensure proper quality standards are developed and implemented.
  • Ensure all project issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner.  
  • Collaborate with other managers to identify and mitigate related issues and risks.
  • Responsible for developing, overseeing and adapting all project processes.
  • Oversee and request approval for expenditures within their area. 
  • Coordinates project activities with related third parties.
  • Track and reviews all billable hours and ensures that appropriate billings and allocations are executed.

Requirements:

 

  • 5 years of Project Management experience
  • BA degree
  • Strong analytical, organizational and problem solving skills
