Job Description
Recruitment Consultant, Professional Search Division will have an entrepreneurial flare and the drive to succeed in our highly rewarding field. Must have 2+ years prior Senior Manufacturing recruiting experience (agency or corporate). Experience with multiple recruiting sources including campus recruiting, job fairs, internet sourcing, recruiting networks and ad placements is a must. In addition, the recruiter should be well versed in interviewing techniques, personnel policies/ procedures and provincial/federal laws regarding employment practices including WSIB case management. Recruiter, PSD must be able to work independently to perform full life-cycle recruitment functions including but not limited to: sourcing business, sourcing candidates, screening, setting up interviews, interviewing, salary negotiations, offering and orientation.
Responsibilities:
- SALES - Responsible for sourcing new customers and job orders from existing customers through regular marketing and sales activities
- Responsible for satisfying the staffing needs of our clients utilizing our resume database, various job boards and your skills in networking, to source, pre-screen, interview and match qualified candidates to job order
- Identify and implement recruiting strategy and methodology relevant to current vacancies
- Facilitate the recruiting process including first interviews, scheduling and coordinating interviews with clients and candidates, skill assessments and reference checking.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the market sector particular to clients recruiting needs and ensure competitiveness in recruiting and hiring.
- Develop relationships with professional organizations and other sources of applicant referral.

- Extremely outgoing and friendly, with an above average energy level
- An ability to prioritize tasks and stay on top of things
- Teamwork/Collaboration: The candidate must possess demonstrated skills and abilities in collaborative efforts with experience in team/project oriented activities.
