Production Supervisor

Express Employment Professionals is hiring for several Permanent Roles for Production Supervisor in Stratford, London, and we now have a new role in Wallaceburg!

Responsibilities:

• Achieve safety, quality, delivery and production requirements on a daily basis
• Provide direction, leadership and ongoing feedback to Production Associates
• Deliver solutions and support for process improvements and problem solving in the manufacturing process
• Train and ensure lean manufacturing methodology to maintain a neat and orderly workspace
• Develop best practices to improve all department activities

Requirements:

• 2+ years of leadership experience in Manufacturing 
• Experience in Metal Manufacturing, Aluminum Die Cast, or Automotive
• Must have high school diploma - post-secondary education is preferred
• Positive attitude, strong leadership and team building skills
• Good mechanical aptitude with a hands-on approach
