We're looking for a talented, motivated Operations Supervisor who is able to oversee this small team in Windsor, Ontario. You will be overseeing a small team for this distribution company. If you're a hands-on leader, with a collaborative management style, then you might just be our new Operations Supervisor. Though the team is smaller, the company is a large national one. • Maintaining store operations
• Managing budgets and financials
Qualifications
What do you need to apply to this position?
• Operation/ Warehousing/ Logistics Management experience in a work environment
• Finacial Literacy
• Train & Motivation
• All-in management style (you can't be afraid to be on the floor with the team)
• Strong customer service experience
