Lucas Professional Search Group is recruiting for an Operations and Sales Coordinator to join a dynamic local growing transportation and logistics company that has been in business for over 30 years.

 Responsibilities:

• Coordinate runs and schedules

• Communicate with drivers to ensure all pickups and deliveries are completed and handle any issues or problems causing delays

• Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner

• Handle client inquires in regards to estimated times, rates, etc.

• Maintain and increase service levels

• Border crossing (PAPS, PARS, ACI, ACE. FAST)

• Other duties as assigned by the Manager

Requirements:

• 3+ Years of experience

• Must be familiar with Truckmate and TMW

• Strong communication skills

• Ability to multi-task and strong problem solving skills

• Exhibit a sense of urgency and be able to demonstrate the ability to solve problems in a fast paced environment

• Ability to present themselves in a professional manner to vendors and customers both internal and external
