SERVICE ADVISOR (Truck and Coach) - SARNIA
For over 40 years TEAM Truck Centres have been a leader in our field as one of Ontario’s largest and fastest growing independently owned truck dealerships in the industry today. We are currently looking for a keen and experienced (min. two (2) relevant experience) Service Advisor for our Sarnia branch. This is a challenging front line position as first point of contact for all of our service customers. You will use your innate ability for customer care to gather and relay detailed information of their service requirements to our Service team. You will also be responsible for providing timely service updates to our customers (progress, time frames, pricing), as well as explaining what repairs will be required to their vehicles in a conscientious and professional manner.
