Lead Control Systems Integrator
Our client, an industry leader in turn-key automated solutions, in the Windsor area, is looking to add a Lead Control Systems Integrator to their team.
At least 8 years total of experience in Industrial Controls including:

It is an asset to have any of the following experience and qualifications:
Our client, an industry leader in turn-key automated solutions, in the Windsor area, is looking to add a Lead Control Systems Integrator to their team.
- Perform High Level PLC/HMI Programming, Robot Programming, and/or Controls Design activities
- Develop solutions for new complex industrial control systems with reasonable research and learning curve
- Mentor for controls personnel of various experience and disciplines
- Project lead for a multi-disciplined team of controls personnel
- Manage a timeline and work with entire project team
- Present controls system concepts, design and programming architecture to internal team and customers
- Application design and estimating for simple to complex industrial control systems
At least 8 years total of experience in Industrial Controls including:
- At least 5 years of experience in automation integration
- At least 5 years of experience in Complex PLC and HMI Programming
- At least 2 years of relevant Experience in Controls Hardware design
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in robotics
- Ability, desire, and aptitude for working in a team environment
It is required to have the following specific expertise:
- Proven ability and desire to handle leadership role
- Ability to design electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Strong understanding of industry CSA electrical and CSA/OSHA Machine Safety standards
- Ability to maintain composure and focus while working under pressure
It is an asset to have any of the following experience and qualifications:
- Any modern PLC, Safety PLC, HMI and Communication Systems experience
- Any modern robotic type and application experience
- Vision systems experience
- Experience with EPLAN design software
- Familiar with assembly automation processes and tooling
- Familiar with welding processes and weld fixtures
- Familiar with laser automation processes
