Our client in Healthcare is looking for short term CSR for a busy office. Located on a main road close to bus stop, this position will involve:
-Answering telephones and working with referrals
-Verification of data
-Setting up client accounts in database
-Booking appointments using CRM, filing, and assisting with inventory control, billing and receiving

You bring:
-A customer focus
-Ability to multitask
-Excellent understanding of Excel
-Organized and have the ability to set priorities, patience and follow through on tasks.
-Good communication, interpersonal and computer skills.
-2 years of customer service experience.
-Healthcare experience an asset but not necessary
